Emily Turner has been a knowledgable livestream technician and consultant since 2021. She created the livestream at Incarnation Lutheran Church in Shoreview, MN and has overseen multiple infrastructural projects for the livestream program there, completing at least one each year since the livestream's beginnings. Emily is also the director and producer of this livestream and she and her team stream at least twice a week every week with additional special and holiday streams.

Emily has also been a contracted livestream technician with TC Livestream and others and has designed and created her own mobile livestream set up that fits compactly in a Pelican Storm iM3100 case. She has assisted various churches through the planning stages as they begin to design their own livestream set ups and offers her skills and knowledge as a consultant.
